Features recently introduced on Google Inc. promise to benefit real estate practitioners and business owners. A new Google Maps feature generates a comprehensive listing of all tenants at places that are located within -- or are part of -- larger pieces of property. The tool would name all businesses, professionals, or retailers, for example, that are housed in shopping malls, office complexes, or hospitals. Google also recently announced that it will let building owners present their floor plans on Google Maps.
